Tracey Locke OBE is HRD EMEA Work Dynamics at JLL, working across the EMEA region to partner the Work Dynamics CEO in implementing his people strategy with a particular focus on inclusion, diversity and belonging. She started her career in the public sector and has worked in several large central UK government departments including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, HMRC and a brief spell in what was the Department of Trade and Industry. Her roles in these organisations were a mix of operational, HR and organisational development. The latter included leading a major change programme for senior leaders to support the merger of HM Customs and Excise and the Inland Revenue. In 2013 she moved to the private sector and joined Mace as the Group HRD. She spent just over four years there working with the owners to develop their people strategy and reshape their approach to HR.
