Jay Kwan is Managing Director, Head of Europe at QuadReal Property Group (QuadReal). Kwan was formerly Managing Director at TPG Real Estate, specifically focused on European Investments. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Grove International Partners, a real estate private equity firm spun out from Soros Private Funds Management, where he spent 13 years investing. Kwan began his career in 2001 at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in New York. He graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University (New York).
