Douglas Crawshaw is Global Head Real Estate Manager Research and a director at Willis Towers Watson. He has over 25 years of direct real estate investment experience and is also a member of the infrastructure, renewables and natural resources teams, Chair of the Secure Income Assets strategy group and member of the UK and European Secure Income Fund's investment committees. Crawshaw provides real asset research, selection and strategic advice to clients as well as monitoring of real estate programmes. He joined Willis Towers Watson in 2007 from Aviva Investors, where he was a fund manager. Crawshaw leads the WTW Real Assets ESG team and is a past member of the INREV ESG Committee.
