Megan Walters
Global Head of Research, Allianz Real Estate
Megan Walters is Global Head of Research of Allianz Real Estate. Based in London, she joined the company in November 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in global real estate. Walters previously worked at JLL Asia Pacific where she was a member of the JLL global research executive team and held the position of Head of Research Asia-Pacific. She has a master‘s degree in Project Management from the University of Reading and holds a PhD in Real Estate Economics from the University of Hong Kong. Walters currently serves as a global governing trustee of ULI. She sits on the ANREV management board and chairs the ANREV investors advisory council.
