Paul Clark is Senior Investment Director at Australian Super, where he leads real estate investment activities in Europe. The overall value of the fund is circa A$200bn with around 5% committed to real estate. Its holdings in Europe are currently focused on a majority interest in the Kings Cross Estate in London and a partnership in the CMK Centre in Milton Keynes. Previously he was the Chief Investment Officer at The Crown Estate where he was responsible for investment strategy and asset allocation for their GBP14bn portfolio. Whilst at The Crown Estate, Clark lead on the formation of a number of significant partnerships with major investors such as NBIM, Oxford Properties and HOOPP and oversaw around GBP10bn of investment transactions and over 2 million square feet of development activity.
