Hans Op ‘t Veld
Head of Responsible Investment | PGGM
Hans Op ‘t Veld is Head of Responsible Investment of PGGM, leading a team of 15 professionals looking after the implementation of responsible investment in the pensions manager’s €220bn investment portfolio. Op ‘t Veld joined PGGM in 2007 and headed up the listed real estate department before transitioning to the current position in 2018. With ESG fully integrated in the PGGM investment teams, he is a member of PGGM’s public and private markets management teams and the head investment committee. Furthermore, he serves on the general board of Eumedion and is vice-chair of the SASB investor advisory group. Hans also is a research fellow at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
