John Duckworth

John Duckworth is Managing Director - UK & EMEA at the Instant Group, which he joined in 2017. An experienced real estate professional, Duckworth spent 18 years at JLL where latterly he ran their Corporate Services business in the UK. He has worked with clients across the EMEA market in various roles, starting with the Tenant Representation team in Paris, through to running JLL Central & Eastern Europe, based in Warsaw. His main focus at Instant is growing and developing the business in the UK & EMEA and the promotion of the flexible workspace proposition to start-ups, scale-ups and multi-national corporates.
