Sotiris Tsolacos

Sotiris Tsolacos is Professor of real estate investment at Cass Business School and the Director of the MSc Real Estate Investment programme. Previously he was the Chair in Real Estate Finance at the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) Centre, Henley Business School, the Director of European Research in Property & Portfolio Research at CoStar and held posts at JLL London. Tsolacos has many years of experience in strategic investment research and risk management, working closely with property service providers, investment managers, private equity firms and family offices on a range of topical real estate investment themes. He received his PhD in economics from Reading University, is a Homer Hoyt fellow in the US, a fellow of the European Area Business Cycle Network and a past president of the European Real Estate Society.
