Manfred Kupka is Managing Partner of BRICS Real Estate Advisors, providing real estate services in emerging markets, with a special country focus on India. Previously, Kupka was a managing director with HCI Capital and Head of Indirect Real Estate Investments and Container Terminal Infrastructure, where he established a multi-manager platform to provide access to a variety of countries and markets, with combined capital raised in excess of USD350m. The award winning BRIC plus N-11 was one of the first pure emerging markets real estate funds and also the largest in HCI Capital‘s history. Further strategies include US diversified markets and G7 opportunities. Kupka remains an advisory board member of all HCI’s funds of funds. He has over 20 years combined experience in global real estate, with 10 years in emerging markets. Trained as lawyer, Kupka holds a PhD and a degree in real estate portfolio management. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and judge for several emerging markets awards.
