Joanne McNamara
Managing Director - Europe | Oxford Properties
Joanne McNamara is Managing Director - Head of Europe at Oxford Properties. Since joining Oxford in 2010, she has completed over GBP10bn in transactions. She is responsible for developing and implementing the portfolio management and investment strategy in Europe across all asset classes, including direct and indirect investments. In addition, she manages Oxford’s relationships with third party capital partners as well as leading on public market opportunities. Prior to joining Oxford, McNamara worked at UK REIT, Hammerson in its development and new business team. She started her career in the corporate finance team at DTZ where she became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She holds a BSc (Hons) in mathematics from Cardiff University and an MSc in international real estate from the Oxford Brookes University.
