Dietrich Heidtmann
Managing Director, Head of International Capital Markets | GTIS Partners
Dietrich Heidtmann is Managing Director, Head of International Capital Markets at
GTIS Partners, which he joined in September 2014 to help open its Paris office. He is
responsible for the firm’s international capital formation activities. Heidtmann has
30 years’ capital markets experience of which 16 years are in private real estate and
infrastructure. Prior to joining GTIS, he worked at AXA Real Estate as Global Head of IR
& Capital Markets where he also served on the firm’s executive committee. Prior to that,
he spent nearly 20 years at Morgan Stanley within the capital markets and real estate
investment banking area, most recently as Managing Director, Head of Real Estate
Private Capital Markets, EMEA & Asia Pacific, where he contributed to capitalising
private market real estate and infrastructure vehicles targeting Europe, Asia, North
and Latin America, and the Middle East.
