Jessica Hardman is Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Management at DWS, responsible for the asset management business run from the UK office, focusing on an international client base overseeing European and Global real estate portfolios from core to value-add strategies. Previously, Jessica was the Head of UK Transactions and has overseen over €9 billion of transactions during her career at DWS. She managed the investment team that covered all real estate sectors, as well as building major separate account relationships with an Asian client base. Hardman is a member of the European Real Estate leadership team, a voting member on the European Investment Committee and board member for DWS Alternatives (Global) Ltd. She joined DWS in 2004.
