With 30 years’ real assets’ experience covering all stages of the investment process, Peter Hobbs is Managing Director of the Private Markets team at bfinance, an independent, privately-owned, financial services firm that provides advice and solutions to institutional investors around the globally. He has particular expertise in infrastructure, having been part of the leadership team behind RREEF’s infrastructure initiatives including the launch of their pan-European infrastructure fund (PEIF) in 2006. He joined bfinance following five years as Managing Director at MSCI, six years as Managing Director at RREEF/Deutsche Asset Management, six years in Boston-based PPR, and various roles in real assets. Hobbs has a PhD from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MIRCS).
