Audrey Colin West is Managing Director Infrastructure, Real Assets and Structured Finance at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management UK. She has over 17 years’ experience working in project/asset finance, working on the technical and commercial aspects of structured finance and risk analysis of complex structured transactions. She has worked on several landmark transactions in the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany in social and transport infrastructure as well as the aviation and shipping sectors. She has also been involved on the structuring and execution of debt instruments and their portfolio management monitoring. Colin West’s experience includes financial engineering, financial analysis, due diligence, process management, debt structuring and documentation. She has structured and executed over €1.5bn of debt, equivalent to €10bn of projects, and has developed asset management and fund structuring skills since joining Edmond de Rothschild. Colin West began her career with Société Générale in London in the Global LNG Shipping Finance department and previously worked in the Infrastructure Structured Finance team at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi. She holds a master of science in Management from Kedge Business School (Marseille).
