Christian Fingerle is Senior Managing Director with StepStone Group. Fingerle was previously Chief Investment Officer Infrastructure and member of the management board at Allianz Capital Partners, where he was responsible for building a significant direct and indirect infrastructure investment program. He transformed the company from a captive investment manager to a regulated asset manager investing also on behalf of third-party clients. Fingerle has held various board roles in portfolio companies as well as with the Global Infrastructure Investor Association. He currently serves as a non-executive director at Scotia Gas Networks. Fingerle has a master's in Economics from Munich's Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität and a PhD from Technische Universität München.
