Josie McVitty is Senior Advisor, Infrastructure at New Zealand Superannuation Fund (NZ Super). NZ Super is a sovereign wealth fund created by the New Zealand Government in 2001 with a current portfolio of close to NZ$60 billion in assets under management. McVitty oversees the infrastructure programme at NZ, setting strategy and supporting infrastructure investment activity of the fund across manager relationships, co-investments and direct investment activity. Primary investment areas are energy transition and digital infrastructure. She has previously spent her career in infrastructure investment and development finance in emerging markets, with previous roles at Actis, IHS Investments and the World Bank.
