Director,Climate change, GRESB
Erik Landry is Director of Climate Change at GRESB. GRESB is the global ESG benchmark for real assets covering US $6.4 trillion in real estate and infrastructure value and used by more than 140 institutional and financial investors. Landry is responsible for GRESB’s research, products, and partnerships with regard to net-zero portfolio alignment, climate-related risks (both transition and physical) and carbon accounting. He manages a suite of projects giving real asset managers and investors the tools they need to make informed decisions regarding climate-related risks, advance the state-of-the-art with regards to real asset portfolio alignment with international climate goals and position GRESB as a leader within the rapidly evolving landscapes of climate-related regulations, standards and data solutions. Landry was previously at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he led a working group on climate-related scenarios, providing various stakeholders with guidance on climate scenarios and modelling in the context of the TCFD. He currently serves on the Expert Advisory Groups of the SBTi's building project, PCAF's Financing Toward Net-Zero Buildings project, and the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standards Carbon Accounting Task Group.
