Garry Bowditch is Co-Founder of Customer Stewardship Alliance (CSA), a boutique advisory service specialising in ESG infrastructure assets and service. He is an infrastructure practitioner, economist and thought leader on public policy, infrastructure and private capital investment in public assets. Bowditch holds several appointments, including at Oxford University as a member of the ITRC (Infrastructure Transitions Research Consortia) Academic Board and Infrastructure Steering Committee at the Institute of Civil Engineers. Bowditch has commercial, government and academic experience spanning Australia, Asia and the OECD.
