Charlotte Jacques 
Head of Real Estate Sustainability and Impact Investment, Schroders 

Charlotte Jacques is Head of Sustainability Real Estate at Schroders, responsible for its real estate sustainability policy, strategy and implementation across direct real estate in UK and continental Europe. She joined Schroders in 2000 and is based in London. Jacques was Business Projects Manager for the Head of Property at Schroder Real Estate from 2000 to 2014. Previous responsibilities include product development and launch of the Global Property Securities funds and Jersey property unit trusts, AIFMD preparation for direct funds, establishing investment procedures and the investment committee. She has a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading and is a charted surveyor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was named UK Green Building Council Future Leader 2014.
