Grace Cheung is Chief Investment Officer and Founder of TGIM Assets Capital Group, established in 2014 (restructured since 2023) upon evolving the ‘Private Alternatives’ investment business of her family office. Prior to leading her private-markets real assets investment firm group with focuses on value-acceleration regime in strategic real assets (including critical digital infrastructure and specialty real estate), she had spent two decades serving as Senior Executive, management and directorship roles in significant PLCs, family offices and big family trusts where she reported to the respective Boards and UBOs direct. Her investor cum financier execution expertise and investment management skillsets are deep and solid whereas her real assets investment experience is far and wide. Cheung has overseen and executed over billions of equity capital from various ‘Principal Investor’ capacities. On real estate, she holds strong track record in the execution of scaled capital projects and strategic investments/developments across offices, residential, industrial and logistics, film studios and the hospitality sectors. She has developed extensive industry expertise and delivery ecosystem for certain critical-infrastructure investment classes concerning digital technology infrastructure, energy transition, life sciences and other strategic regimes. She chairs the Board and the investment committee and is responsible for overseeing the investment strategy, portfolio construction and risk management. She was tertiary educated in land economics, finance, investment management and real estate surveying; and she holds an MSc in Finance from the University of London. She has been registered business valuer and chartered surveyor for over 25 years.
