Ingrid Edmund is Head of Portfolio Management and Financing at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. She is a founding member of the Columbia Threadneedle European Sustainable Infrastructure fund, an open-ended fund focused on mid-market equity investments established in 2019. She leads the financing activity of ESIF’s portfolio companies and has senior level responsibility for fundraising, sourcing investment opportunities, transaction execution and asset management activities.She is a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee and sits on the boards of investee companies Condor Ferries (Channel Islands) and ESIF’s onshore wind platform (Sweden). She has 19 years industry experience, across transportation, digital, renewable energy and social infrastructure. Edmund previously held roles at Hastings Funds Management, HSBC Asset Management, SMBC and Standard & Poor’s. She has a master’s degree in Finance, Economics and Econometrics from Cass Business School, London and a BSc in Mathematical Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
