Charles Baigler is Head of Acquisitions at Picktet Asset Management. Baigler has over 22 years of experience in the European Real Estate Private Equity industry. He worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland underwriting and originating real estate loans. Baigler was Director at Catalyst Capital, a pan-European Real Estate Private Equity firm where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of assets in Central and Eastern Europe. He joined CBRE Global Investors in 2014 from Rockspring Property Investment Managers, where he was an Associate Partner responsible for joint venture transactions and co-investments across Europe and also Head of Rockspring France. Baigler was recently Managing Director and the founding Fund Manager of Europe Value Partners, the flag-ship value-add fund series at CBRE Global Investors where he was responsible for raising two €1bn co-mingled funds and deploying over €3bn of equity across Europe. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Management from London Southbank University and a BA (Hons) from the University of Leeds.
