Ville Poukka is the Founding Partner and Head of CapMan Infra. He has over 15 years of principal investment and M&A advisory experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors in the Nordics. Prior to joining CapMan in 2017, Poukka was Managing Director, and Nordic Head of Energy and Infrastructure at Danske Bank Corporate Finance, where he acted as an adviser in over 20 infrastructure deals in the Nordics over the last decade, with a combined transaction value of over EUR 10bn. He is currently a board member in CapMan Infra’s Norwegian ferry business Norled and Chair of the board of Nydalen Energi, a district heating and cooling network in Oslo. Poukka chairs CapMan Infra’s investment and asset management committees and is a member of CapMan Plc’s management group. He has an MSc (Econ.) from Aalto University's finance faculty.
