Martin Zdravkov is Lead Portfolio Manager at DWS, which he joined in 2021. He has over 15 years of real estate equity and debt investment management experience gained across the UK and Europe. During his career, he has built capacity and expertise in development funding and structuring and acquiring, disposing, lending, and borrowing in the residential, student accommodation, hospitality and senior living sectors. Prior to joining DWS, Zdravkov was the Head of Residential and Impact Investments at LaSalle Investment Management where he was responsible for portfolio management and investments in the residential sector, working on UK and European mandates. Previously, he was a portfolio manager at Aviva Investors where he contributed to the launch of its pan-European long income strategies. Zdravkov holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Summa Cum Laude BA from Whittier College in California. He is also a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
