Jerome Berenz is the Head of Indirect Investments of Allianz Real Estate. He joined the company in 2008 and is based in Munich. Prior to joining the indirect investment team in 2016, he was part of the risk and portfolio management team. Berenz has professional experience in the banking sector and as a consultant in the capitalisation of infrastructure projects. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He holds a master‘s degree in Finance and a DESS of Telecom and Innovation Management from Paris-Dauphine University.
