Maria Johannessen is Head of UK Investment at Aon, where she advises institutional investors and provides strategic and investment advice to organisations globally. She is a trusted adviser to C-suite executives and boards, including those of Nestlé and Tata Steel, supporting clients on strategic and investment challenges. Johannessen has been a member of the RSPCA Societies Assets Investment Committee for more than four years, contributing to the development of its investment strategies. In 2024, she was selected to join the UK Government’s Invest in Women Taskforce, which aims to support and increase female entrepreneurship. Johannessen was also nominated for FN’s 2024 and 2025 100 Women in European Finance.
