Anish Butani is Managing Director, Private Markets (Infrastructure) at bfinance. He leads infrastructure client engagements globally at bfinance, supporting institutional investors across public pensions, insurers, sovereign entities and endowments with manager selection, portfolio construction and strategic advisory. Since joining bfinance in 2017, he has advised on more than 100 infrastructure and real assets mandates, spanning core to value add equity, private credit, energy transition, digital infrastructure and mid market strategies. He previously worked at KPMG Corporate Finance and John Laing where he gained M&A and valuation experience relating to the sector. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, publishes thought leadership and is quoted in the media on trends in the asset class.
