Alena Antonava is Senior Investment Manager, Real Assets at Railpen. She is responsible for driving strategic investment initiatives and identifying innovative project opportunities, lead origination and execution of direct investments in infrastructure and energy transition. She has contributed to the enhancement of our direct investment capabilities, elevating our status as a proactive and engaged investor. She has originated, structured, and led to completion several investments in various sectors including smart meters, utilities, wind, solar, and battery storage. She actively oversees and strategically guide the management of assets while also serving as a member of the Board for multiple investee companies. She is a seasoned investment professional with 15 years’ experience in financial services. She previously had invaluable experience of being a member of the digital infrastructure team at Arcus Infrastructure Partners and contributed to the execution of investments in broadband infrastructure and data centre sectors.
