Oliver Chan is a Principal on the Infrastructure team at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). Hoop is one of Canada's largest and most respected pension funds. He is responsible for global infrastructure investing and asset management activities with a focus on Europe. Prior to HOOPP, he spent several years at BMO Capital Markets in Toronto in investment banking, where he advised on a range of capital markets and M&A transactions in the media & telecommunication sectors. He holds a BA degree from University of Waterloo and is a CFA charterholder.
