Tapani Pahkasalo is the Co-Managing Partner for the Natural Capital team at CapMan Plc. He is a natural capital investment professional with plenty of field experience from Europe, Americas, and emerging markets. At CapMan he is involved in fundraising, deal sourcing, due diligence and in sustainable asset management. CapMan acquired Dasos Capital in 2024, where he was Partner and Investment Director for six years. He has been actively involved in asset acquisitions, value creation and divestment projects. He had an elemental role in setting up one of the first European forestry impact investment funds with innovate biodiversity based earning models. He holds a MSc in Forest Economics from the University of Helsinki.
