Kari Kangas is Director of Forest Investments at United Bankers. He leads the timberland investment strategy and portfolio management in Finland and the Baltics. He is responsible for fund structuring, acquisitions, and the long-term development of UB’s forest asset platform. He has over 25 years of international experience, including previous roles at the United Nations, the Finnish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and Stora Enso. He joined United Bankers in 2015. Kangas holds a PhD in Forest Economics.
