Global Head of Infrastructure, Cambridge Associates
Minesh Mashru is the Global Head of Infrastructure at Cambridge Associates. Mashru focus lies within infrastructure investment activities in both public and private markets, debt, equity and across different structures, including underwriting funds, management teams, co-investments and direct investments. He works with a global client base, comprised of public and corporate pensions, large families and endowments, in Europe, the US and the Middle East. He started his career UBS. He was a Vice President on RBS’ advisory team, with a global mandate across infrastructure, transportation and logistics, undertaking industry changing transactions including the privatisations of Aena Aeropuertos, the Channel Tunnel rail link (High Speed One), and the acquisition of Gatwick Airport. In total, Minesh has had leading roles in infrastructure equity and debt investments exceeding 50$bn. He was a Senior Vice President of QG Alternative Investments, where he was a senior representative for investment sourcing, execution and portfolio management of a USD 1.1$bn infrastructure private equity fund. Mashru was a Partner and Director at OM Capital Partners with a focus on direct, co-investment and portfolio management within infrastructure, agri-business and industrials across debt and equity investments. He received his BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick. He is a CFA Charterholder.
