Simon Davy is Head of Real Assets at Local Pensions Partnership Investments. He oversees LPPI’s Real Estate and Infrastructure portfolio management teams. He has a particular focus on the origination, execution and management of infrastructure assets at LPPI. The global infrastructure strategy is a mix of fund manager commitments and direct investments. Davy is focused on expanding direct investments, primarily via GLIL Infrastructure, an alternative investment fund focused on investing in UK and European infrastructure assets. Davy previously worked in the corporate finance and debt capital markets businesses at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for over 15 years.
