Phoebe Smith is a Senior Director in the Infrastructure Equity Team of PATRIZIA. She originates and executes infrastructure transactions as well as managing assets in the existing portfolio. Smith has experience across a wide range of infrastructure sectors and serves on the Boards of a number of PATRIZIA’s investee companies. Her key areas of focus are PATRIZIA’s European Infrastructure Fund series, targeting mid-market infrastructure and the Smart City Infrastructure Fund (SCIF), a dedicated digital infrastructure fund which invests in city-wide networks to support Smart City applications. Smith sits on the Board of Connexin, a broadband and IoT business in Hull, the Board of SiFi Networks America, a fibre developer, and is Chair of the Boards of 5 citywide FTTP projects in the US.
