Phoebe Smith is Head of Infrastructure Funds Management, Europe at PATRIZIA. She manages the PATRIZIA European Infrastructure Fund series, targeting mid-market infrastructure and the Smart City Infrastructure Fund (SCIF), a dedicated digital infrastructure fund which invests in city-wide networks to support Smart City applications. She also originates and executes infrastructure transactions as well as managing assets in the existing portfolio, including sitting on the boards of Connexin, a broadband and IoT business in Hull, is the Chair of the Board of ArcLink Fiber, a fibre developer, and Chair of the Boards of 5 citywide FTTP projects in the US.
