Norbert Bol is CIO and Co-founder of Sweco Capital Consultants, a buy side investment consultant for pension funds and insurance companies investing in real estate and infrastructure. Bol has 30 years’ relevant investment experience as Director of Investments at AZL from 2001 and 2004 and Insinger de Beaufort from 1998 to 2001, as Portfolio Manager at KPN Pension Fund from 1995 to1998 and as Senior Consultant at Kolpron/Ecorys from 1990 to 1995. He holds a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering.
