Henk Becquaert graduated from the Free University of Brussels in Business Engineering, He has been a member of the Belgian Federal Planning Bureau and has worked for several Belgian ministries. In 2005 he joined the CBFA, which was reorganised and renamed the FSMA in April 2011. Since May 2014, he has been responsible for the operational supervision of financial products and pensions, IT services and facilities and infrastructure.
