Kai Rantanen is Head of Performance Reporting & Analytics at Nordea Life & Pension. Rantanen is responsible for investment reporting and investment risk control. His work experience includes investment buyside covering listed assets, as well illiquid assets (PE,HF) and liability driven investments. He has extensive experience in implementing and working with EU regulation including SFDR, Solvency II, PRIIPs, IDD, Market Abuse, EMIR and Transparency. Rantanen holds master’s degrees gained from both the University of Helsinki and London School of Economics and Political Science. Nordea Life & Pension provides life insurance and pension products and services in Norway, Finland and Sweden servicing both the individual and the corporate segments with traditional as well as unit-linked products having combined €60bn in assets under management.
