Rupert Cadbury is a vice president in the Fixed Income Portfolio Strategy group at State Street Global Advisors. The team is responsible for positioning and developing the firm's fixed income, cash and currency management. Cadbury works closely with institutional clients, consultants and prospects on fixed income investment strategy, performance, research and investment insight to help them manage risk and take advantage of market opportunities. In this role he is the global lead strategist for ESG in fixed income solutions, including assessing the ESG impact on clients' portfolios and identifying specific investment solutions to align with their ESG objectives. Cadbury joined State Street Global Advisors as Portfolio Specialist in 2013, moving from Fortis Investments/BNP Paribas Investment Partners which he joined in 2009 as an associate where he worked in both fixed income and equity investments teams with placements in London, New York and Mumbai. He holds a BA in Economics & Geography from the University of Leeds, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
