Catherine Greene is Research Associate at London School of Economics. She has over 20 years’ finance experience, much of it as an allocator to hedge funds and private equity funds at a pension fund, family office and fund of funds. Greene was previously Director of Alternative Assets at Prudential M&G, where she managed the GPB3bn alternatives allocation for the ‘With Profits’ funds. Greene was Head of Fund Research for Acacia Research, a family office. Greene left full time finance to study for a PhD in Philosophy at the London School of Economics where she taught business ethics, published papers on the ethics and theory of finance and presented at associated conferences. Greene also undertakes consulting work and is currently working with Principia Advisory, a leading ethics consultancy, advising clients in the financial industry. She is a CFA charterholder.
