Charles de Lezardière is a principal within Mercer’s Private Markets business and works with European clients on the design and implementation of private markets allocations, namely private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure. He joined Mercer from Deutsche Bank where he was a senior member of the Alternative Fund Solutions team. Prior to that he worked in alternatives-focused roles at both Goldman Sachs and Blackrock. De Lezardière holds a BA in mathematics of finance from Université Paris IX Dauphine and an MA in mathematics of finance from Columbia University, New York.
