Timo Hara founded and has been Partner of Certior Capital since 2011. Certior Capital is a Helsinki based adviser and registered alternative investment manager focusing on private equity and private credit in Europe. Prior to founding Certior Capital, Hara was a part of the team that established, together with Pohjola Bank, Pohjola Private Equity Funds in 2007 where he helped grow the funds under management to circa €1.5 bn before the company was sold to Access Capital Partners in December 2010. He started his private equity and private credit career at Proventure in 2003 and has been leading primary and secondary fund investments, and co-investments since.
