Marleen Bosma is Head of Global Research and Strategic Advisory at Bouwinvest Real Estate Investment Management, with responsibility for its strategic vision and global research. Her remit covers some €9.5bn in assets under management within Dutch funds and international investments. Prior to this, she was responsible for international property investments and strategic client advisory at Blue Sky Group. Her career includes research, portfolio management and client relations at FGH Bank, the Philips pension fund and Syntrus Achmea real estate. She has also served on several investor boards. Bosma holds a master’s degree in real estate management and development from the Eindhoven University of Technology, a postgraduate master of science in real estate from the University of Amsterdam, and is a registered investment analyst, RBA VU Amsterdam, the Dutch equivalent of CFA.
