Mads Gosvig is Chief Fiduciary Officer at Railpen and has 25 years’ financial services experience gained in some of the largest pensions and banking names in Denmark. Since joining Railpen in April 2020, he has used his leadership experience from roles in ATP and NOW: Pension to craft a fiduciary team at Railpen, which is primarily focussed on aligning Railpen's investment offering and capabilities with clients' investment objectives and risk tolerances. They are responsible for covenant, pensions' policy, investment strategy, risk management, sustainable ownership strategy and client relationship management.
