Adam Jones is CTO & MD of Technology at Redington, having worked in fintech for a decade for a wide range of companies from some of the largest banks in the world to disruptive and innovative start-ups. He joined Redington as CTO in 2017 to spearhead their next generation of technology tools and build out their SaaS business. Prior to this, he was Head of Innovation for Altus Consulting where his areas of focus were fintech, wealth and investment management and the impact of artificial intelligence and emergent technologies. Jones is a passionate advocate of the need to increase financial empowerment and inclusion and is a keen supporter of Redington’s aim to make 100 million people financially secure. He is also an advocate of diversity in technology and has supported a material improvement to Redington’s diversity in technology. In addition to his role as CTO of Redington, he is a trustee of RedSTART, a visiting lecturer at Henley Business School and an adviser to the department of Accounting, Economics and Finance at UWE.
