Matthew Edwards is an actuary and Director in the Insurance Consulting and Technology practice of Willis Towers Watson, where he is the proposition and innovation lead for the UK Life team. He has over thirty years’ experience in life and pensions work in the UK and continental Europe. He is a long-standing mortality and longevity specialist, currently Chair of the CMI, co-chair of the COVID-19 Actuaries’ Response Group, and editor of the UK actuarial profession’s Longevity Bulletin.
