Nicola Ralston is Director and Co-founder of PiRho Investment Consulting, which offers bespoke investment advice to pension funds and other institutional investors, and was founded in 2008. She has forty years’ investment experience as an analyst, portfolio manager, investment consultant, board member and investment adviser. Ralston spent over two decades at Schroders, where she became Head of Investment, and was subsequently Head of Global Investment Consulting at Hewitt. She is also Chairman of Henderson EuroTrust and the British Heart Foundation Investment committee, and a director of Centrica Combined Common Investment Fund. Ralston is a graduate of Oxford University, a trustee of the Institute of Historical Research and a Fellow of CFAUK. She has previously served as Chair of CFAUK and a governor of CFA Institute.
