Bernd Haferstock is Managing Partner for Habbel, Pohlig & Partner Vermögensverwaltung in Wiesbaden in Germany, which he joined in 2009. Haferstock is responsible for the management of the asset strategy for both institutional clients and high net worth individuals. Previously, he was Head of Investment Consulting for Watson Wyatt Heissmann, one of the leading consultants in the occupational pension field in Germany. Haferstock is a qualified actuary with a degree in mathematics. He is a member of the German actuarial association, the German occupation pensions association and the AFIR Section of International Actuarial Association covering actuarial approach for financial risk.
