Manfred Kupka is the Founding Partner of BRICs Real Estate Advisors, which provides real estate services in emerging markets. Before that Kupka was Managing Director for indirect real estate at HCI Capital, a German asset manager. There he established a multi-manager platform to provide theme focused access to a variety of countries and markets. The award winning BRIC plus N-11 was one of the first pure emerging markets real estate funds and also the largest in HCI Capital‘s history. Further strategies include US diversified markets and G7 opportunities. Kupka remains an advisory board member of all fund of funds. He has over 25 years’ professional experience, with 15 years in emerging markets. Trained as a lawyer, Kupka also holds a degree in real estate portfolio management and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
