He is also a de-risking specialist and has advised on numerous high profile insurance transactions including a number of large bulk annuity buy-ins, buy-outs, synthetic buy-ins and longevity swaps in the UK. In addition, he is involved in the implementation of Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) as a new pensions offering in the UK.
