Sally Bridgeland is Chair, Nest Invest and Chair, Development Bank of Wales. She is the former Chair of Brunel Pensions Partnership and former Chair at Impax Asset Management. She is Hon Group Captain BSc ARCS FIA FRSA FSIP and is Chair at BelleVie Care and non-executive director at insurers Pension Insurance Corporation. She was Chief Executive Officer of the BP Pension Scheme in the interesting years of 2007-14 after twenty years with Aon Hewitt working as a pensions consultant and in investment research and innovation. Her non-executive portfolio has included roles at the Nuclear Liabilities Fund, NEST Corporation and the Lloyds Bank pension schemes and as Chair of the first local government pensions pool, Local Pensions Partnership Investments (LPPI) Limited.
